Hi-Cal Forte

Hi-Cal Forte is used to compensating for calcium deficiency. It contains calcium glubionate as its active ingredient.

It’s used for treatment and prevention of osteoporosis, osteomalacia, hypoparathyroidism and latent tetany. It’s also used to prevent calcium deficiency that might occur during pregnancy, lactation and menopause.

For best results, drink plenty of water when taking Hi-Cal Forte, to avoid the risk of developing kidney stones.

Each 5 ml contains:
Calcium glubionate 1.8 gm.
(a mixture of calcium lactobionate & calcium gluconate equivalent to 115 mg. elemental calcium). 		Syrup:
Bottle 100 Ml
 • Treatment of calcium deficiency states such as:
- Rickets & osteomalacia.
- Osteoporosis e.g. senile, postmenopausal & corticosteroid induced.
- Latent tetany.
- Hypoparathyroidism & Pseudohypoparathyroidism.
- Chronic renal failure.
• Prophylaxis, as a dietary supplement whenever dietary calcium intake is inadequate, especially in states of increased calcium demand & as in:
- Childhood.
- Adolescence.
- Pregnancy & Lactation.
- Perimenopausal females.
- Elderly.
- Long use of antiepileptic or corticosteroid therapy.
• Supportive treatment:
In allergic conditions.
