Spirex-plus consists of two main substances (Spiramycin and Metronidazole). It is used to treat acute and chronic cases of oral and dental infections as well as upper respiratory infections. To get the best results, you should take this medicine twice daily before having your meals. But it may cause allergies in some people, so you should consult your doctor before taking it.
